ScamRealEstate.com ("we", "us") publishes educational articles and videos about real estate fraud. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, why it is collected, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for personal information to read the site. Information is collected in two ways:
- Information you send us. If you email, call or text Irving, we receive whatever you choose to share — your name, contact details and the story you are reporting. We use it only to reply to you and, if you give permission, to describe the scam pattern anonymously in an article or video.
- Automatically collected usage data. Standard web analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location (city or region), referring site, browser and device type.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which articles are useful and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Advertising
This site may display advertising served by Google, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Third-party content

How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the site, to measure which content helps readers, to respond to messages, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can browse the site with cookies disabled. If you have emailed us and want your message and contact details deleted, write to irving@scamrealestate.com and we will remove them from our inbox and records. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold; the same address handles those requests.
Children
This site is intended for adults dealing with housing and real estate. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
