All articles, artwork, characters, video scripts and page designs on this site are owned by ScamRealEstate.com and Wounded Duck Studios and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short excerpt with clear credit and a link back. You may not republish whole articles, scrape the site for reuse, or use the Irving T. Duck character or artwork commercially without written permission.

If you send us a scam experience by email, phone or social media, you give us permission to describe the pattern in an article or video. We remove names, addresses and identifying details unless you specifically ask us to include them.
